Executive Director
Special Educator and Inclusion Advocate. Emily is passionate about equity, music festivals and her adorable dog, Lucy.

Programs Manager
Behavior Consultant and Early Childhood Educator. In her free time, Katie can be found hugging trees, standing up for gender equality, and relaxing with a nice children’s book.

Creative Director
Behavioral Specialist and Philanthropist. Alyssa enjoys crafting with her children, performing arts and having spontaneous dance parties.
The Inclusive Compass team qualifications are as diverse as their backgrounds. With a cumulative 50+ years of experience, our founders are highly trained in various fields of specialty, such as:
Early Childhood Education, Accessibility (Special) Education, Inclusion and Equity, Behavioral Health, Administrative Management, Grant writing & reporting.
Experience and qualification standards far exceed the industry norm further adding to the excellence of our programs.
